By using PhysioTrack, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the application.
2. Nature of the Service
PhysioTrack operates solely as a technology intermediary platform. The application does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All home healthcare services are provided by licensed third-party providers. PhysioTrack is not a party to the medical relationship between the user and the provider.
3. User Account
Users must provide accurate and complete information. Users are fully responsible for activities under their account. PhysioTrack reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misuse or violations.
4. Bookings & Payments
Payments are processed through secure and authorized payment gateways. PhysioTrack charges a service commission for technical facilitation. Cancellations and refunds follow the app’s cancellation policy. Completed services are non-refundable.
5. Ratings & Reviews
Users may submit honest ratings and feedback after service completion. Reviews represent personal opinions only and do not reflect the views of PhysioTrack. Influencing or manipulating reviews is strictly prohibited.
6. User Conduct
Users must not misuse the platform, provide false or misleading information, arrange services outside the application, or post unlawful or offensive content.
7. Limitation of Liability
The application shall bear no financial or compensatory liability whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, for any damages, losses, or claims arising from healthcare services provided through the platform. The user acknowledges that PhysioTrack’s role is strictly limited to technical intermediation only, with no financial obligation or responsibility for service outcomes.
8. Data Protection
User data is handled in accordance with UAE data protection laws. Users are responsible for any content they publish publicly.
9. Suspension & Termination
PhysioTrack may suspend or terminate access in cases of policy violations, platform abuse, or legal or regulatory requirements.
10. Amendments
PhysioTrack reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Do not share personal or sensitive health information. Users are responsible for their shared content.
Prohibited Content
Illegal or offensive content, defamatory statements, unauthorized promotions, and attempts to bypass the platform are not allowed.
Transparency & Reviews
Honest feedback is encouraged. Review manipulation is prohibited. Feedback may impact provider access to the platform.
Moderation
