Cancellation Policy

All appointments require advance payment to confirm the booking. You may cancel your appointment through the app according to the following timeframes:

Cancellation timeRefund
24 hours or more before the appointmentFull refund or wallet credit.
Between 24 and 6 hours beforeRescheduling allowed up to 3 times; beyond that, the amount becomes non-refundable.
Less than 6 hours or no-showNo refund.

If the service provider cancels, you will receive a full refund.

In emergency situations (such as sudden health issues), each case will be reviewed individually.

Important Note

The Platform's commission (15%) may be refunded in full, partially refunded, or not refunded, depending on the cancellation timing and circumstances, in accordance with the Platform's policy.
